About

Where your medication actually comes from.

Compounded medications need a quality compounding pharmacy. Branded medications need a vetted distributor. Both matter.

Compounded medication partners

Compounded versions of semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, tretinoin, and other formulations are made by LegitScript-verified 503A compounding pharmacies. LegitScript certification is the standard the major payment processors and ad platforms use to flag legitimate pharmacy operations.

Our partners are required to:

  • Maintain current state licensing in every state they serve
  • Pass routine state board of pharmacy inspections
  • Source active pharmaceutical ingredients from FDA-registered facilities
  • Maintain USP <797> (sterile compounding) and USP <800> (hazardous drug handling) standards where applicable
  • Carry product liability insurance

Branded medication partners

Wegovy, Zepbound, and other FDA-approved branded medications are sourced through licensed wholesale distributors with manufacturer-recognized supply chains. Branded medications ship in their original sealed packaging.

Cold-chain integrity

GLP-1 medications, peptides, and several other treatments are temperature-sensitive. Every temperature-sensitive shipment ships with validated cold packs and arrives within the validated stability window. Members are instructed to refrigerate on arrival and inspect packaging; any cold-chain breach gets a free replacement within 14 days.

What we don't use

We don't source from unlicensed "research peptide" suppliers, gray-market vendors, or international pharmacies operating outside U.S. regulatory frameworks. If a compound isn't available through a 503A pharmacy under physician oversight, it's not available at Zappy.

Reporting a concern

If you suspect a quality issue with a shipped medication — broken seals, unusual appearance, dosing inconsistency — message your clinician immediately and email pharmacy@zappyhealth.com. We investigate every report and notify the state board of pharmacy when warranted.
