Safety information

Every prescription is reviewed by a U.S.-licensed clinician who decides whether this medication is appropriate for you. Tell them during your visit if any of the following applies to you or your family.

In rodent studies, semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use this medication if you or any of your family have had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Why we start you here
When someone tells us they want the branded pen, we don't try to talk them out of it. Knowing exactly what you're injecting — same manufacturer, same box the pharmacy hands everyone else — is worth something, and for a lot of people that certainty is what makes them actually stay on treatment instead of second-guessing every dose. Tirzepatide works on two appetite pathways rather than one, which tends to make the climb to a full dose more manageable, but the first few weeks still ask something of you: the nausea and the slowed digestion are real, and we'd rather titrate up slowly and keep you comfortable than chase a number on the scale. What we watch most isn't the weight — it's whether you're getting enough protein and not quietly white-knuckling through side effects you were never meant to tough out.

I love Zappy Health!! They started me on my GLP-1 journey in February of 2024! They helped me when my own doctors wouldn't! I have exceeded my goal weight and have a healthy BMI of 22! I started at 49! Thank you Zappy for all your kindness, and your support. I will be forever grateful.

I do my online survey every month to let them know about my weight loss and I've received my injections every month. Flat rate, no hidden fees, and the cost doesn't increase. This company is great and helps you every step of the way.

I had read many reviews and decided to give Zappy my business. I lost the needed weight and feel so much the better for it. I received all of my medication on time. I do feel this company has a high regard for each client they treat. They deserve the 5-star rating and I highly recommend them.

Questions, answered.

Do I need insurance to start?
No. Zappy is cash-pay; FSA/HSA cards are accepted for eligible expenses.
How fast will I see results?
Most members notice reduced appetite within 1–2 weeks; weight changes typically start at week 4–8 with steady titration.
What if I have side effects?
Your clinician adjusts the titration. Nausea, fatigue, and constipation usually resolve as the body adapts.
